All body washes are measured by weight. They are all weighed out to 8 ounces each. If the bottle is not filled all the way up, that is the reason why.

Name trademarks and copyrights are properties of their respective manufacturers and/or designers. SCENTual Obsessions has no affiliation with the manufacturer and/or designer of the original perfumes. Our formulation of these fragrances are created through lab analysis for reproduction to smell close to the brand names. We only use the brand name so you know the description of the scent. We do not use the same labels or bottles so their is no confusion between our fragrances and the designer fragrances.

Shipping, Returns & Tracking
Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.
Changes to an order disrupt our processing system, requiring us to manually locate and adjust your order, which can delay not only your shipment but others as well. Additionally, altering orders can cause them to not appear correctly in our system, making it harder to track and potentially resulting in unshipped packages.
To avoid delays, please ensure all information—name, address, and phone number—is entered accurately during checkout. Incorrect information can hold up shipping as we would need to manually locate your order and update the details.
Shipping Rates
Domestic (United States):
• Shipping costs depend on the shipping service you choose, your location, and the weight of your package.
• Orders over $100 qualify for Free Shipping.
International:
• Rates depend on the weight of your package and location. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for any additional fees, such as duties or taxes.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends). Processing refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment, not the time it takes to receive your order.
Shipping Time: Priority shipping begins after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
If you have not received a tracking number after 7 days, please text 412-377-9472 with your order number and name for an update.
Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
• Scentual Obsessions does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on products. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee items have not been used or tampered with, making them ineligible for resale.
• We recommend trying a sample pack before purchasing a larger bottle to ensure satisfaction.
Reselling Option:
• If a fragrance does not meet your preferences, we suggest reselling it in our Facebook groups: Scentual Obsessions Buy-Sell-Trade or Scentual Obsessions Family.
Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit
Replacements:
• We replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Timeframes for Replacement:
• Domestic (United States): Replacements will be considered if tracking shows no updates after 14 days (21 days during the Christmas/New Year season).
• International: Replacements will be considered if tracking shows no updates after 21 days (28 days during the Christmas/New Year season).
Delivery Issues
• If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
• To ensure secure delivery, we recommend adding signature confirmation to your order at checkout. If signature confirmation is not selected, Scentual Obsessions is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
• Once a package is shipped, it is no longer in our control. The shipping carrier is responsible for any updates or delivery issues.
Understanding Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note:
• Tracking may initially indicate “label created” but not “received” by the post office.
• This is due to our local post office in Fort Myers handling a higher volume of packages without scanning every item.
• Your tracking will update once it reaches your local post office.
Rest assured, if you receive a tracking number, your order has been shipped. We do not pre-print labels to give the appearance of faster shipping. Labels are printed and immediately placed on your package.
