Shipping Security Policy

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we offer the option to add signature confirmation for an extra layer of shipping security.

If you choose not to add signature confirmation and your tracking indicates the package has been delivered, you will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or any other service used) to resolve any delivery issues. Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier, and they will have more detailed information about its status than we do.

For customers in areas with frequent package thefts, unsecured buildings, or other delivery challenges, we strongly recommend opting for signature confirmation. With this service, you (or someone at your address) will need to sign for the package upon delivery, ensuring it is securely received.
