Collection: Shipping Security
We are providing our customers with a little shipping security by adding signature confirmation to your order. If you decide not to get the extra shipping security and your tracking says your package has been delivered, then you will be responsible for contacting the post office and letting them handle the situation. Once we ship out a package it is in the hands of USPS and we cannot control anything after that. USPS would have more information then we would. If you live in an area where there has been a lot of missing packages or just an unsecured building then we suggest you get the shipping security by adding signature confirmation to your order. With signature confirmation you will be required to sign for the package.
