Shipping
If you have not received a shipping confirmation that your order has been shipped along with your tracking number after 5 business days (Monday - Friday) NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS. Shipping time determines on when you order and how busy we are for that day but we typically try to get orders out within 1-3 business days but it don't always work out that way. So we do ask if it has been five business days to send us a text 412-377-9472 along with your order number and we can give you an idea what is going on with your order. We appreciate everyone's support and we hope this makes everything a lot easier for everyone. I just ask to please be patient as I am a one-man team and very rarely get help so most of the time I'm working on getting orders done so I'm always doing my best to get orders out as soon as possible.
If your tracking says IN TRANSIT that means its on its way still. If tracking says your label has been made but it is still showing nothing else then that means our post office did not scan the item when received and your tracking will update once it arrives at your post office. Your package can even be delivered without the tracking updating but this is rare but it does happen. We ask to just be patient and maybe think about using the upgrade to priority shipping option.
If your tracking says your package has been delivered and you did not receive your package then we suggest the first thing to do would be get a hold of your local post office because they can tell you more information and pull up exactly where the package was dropped off at. We also suggest asking your neighbors because sometimes the post office can deliver it to the wrong address. We do offer signature confirmation and if you did not get signature confirmation on your order then we are not responsible for any packages that are marked as delivered and not received and for that that is why we do offer the signature confirmation. If your order was shipped out priority mail what's your tracking number will start with the number is 9405, then you do have $50 insurance on the package. We do want everybody who orders to get their package but once it is marked as delivered it is out of our hands and the post office will have to handle any mistakes that have to do with delivering. Unfortunately right now there are restrictions on shipping from the United States to Australia as far as first class US PS shipping. The current lowest shipping rate is offered by UPS at a rate of $40 and delivery time takes about a week. Unfortunately this is the only shipping option we have right now and that is out of our control and hopefully this restriction is lifted soon by the USPS.
