Shipping, Returns & Tracking
Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.
Changes to an order disrupt our processing system, requiring us to manually locate and adjust your order, which can delay not only your shipment but others as well. Additionally, altering orders can cause them to not appear correctly in our system, making it harder to track and potentially resulting in unshipped packages.
To avoid delays, please ensure all information—name, address, and phone number—is entered accurately during checkout. Incorrect information can hold up shipping as we would need to manually locate your order and update the details.
Shipping Rates
Domestic (United States):
• Shipping costs depend on the shipping service you choose, your location, and the weight of your package.
• Orders over $100 qualify for Free Shipping.
International:
• Rates depend on the weight of your package and location. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for any additional fees, such as duties or taxes.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends). Processing refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment, not the time it takes to receive your order.
Shipping Time: Priority shipping begins after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
If you have not received a tracking number after 7 days, please text 412-377-9472 with your order number and name for an update.
Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
• Scentual Obsessions does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on products. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee items have not been used or tampered with, making them ineligible for resale.
• We recommend trying a sample pack before purchasing a larger bottle to ensure satisfaction.
Reselling Option:
• If a fragrance does not meet your preferences, we suggest reselling it in our Facebook groups: Scentual Obsessions Buy-Sell-Trade or Scentual Obsessions Family.
Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit
Replacements:
• We replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Timeframes for Replacement:
• Domestic (United States): Replacements will be considered if tracking shows no updates after 14 days (21 days during the Christmas/New Year season).
• International: Replacements will be considered if tracking shows no updates after 21 days (28 days during the Christmas/New Year season).
Delivery Issues
• If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
• To ensure secure delivery, we recommend adding signature confirmation to your order at checkout. If signature confirmation is not selected, Scentual Obsessions is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
• Once a package is shipped, it is no longer in our control. The shipping carrier is responsible for any updates or delivery issues.
Understanding Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note:
• Tracking may initially indicate “label created” but not “received” by the post office.
• This is due to our local post office in Fort Myers handling a higher volume of packages without scanning every item.
• Your tracking will update once it reaches your local post office.
Rest assured, if you receive a tracking number, your order has been shipped. We do not pre-print labels to give the appearance of faster shipping. Labels are printed and immediately placed on your package.

I had to redue this review. The original bottle had an atomizer that was shooting a stream of spray. I ordered on 12/1, which was during the black friday deal. I was supposed to receive a free sample and i did not get it.I sent a few text and did not hear anything back. I found a different number and texted that number. The owner,Kevin, responded immediately. I spoke with him about all the issue that i had and he was quick to say he would correct it. The next day he wrote me telling me that he was sending me a replacement bottle of this cologne and samples. I got the package and there were 3 samples and a new bottle that sprays perfectly.
I am sold on the company. He handled the issue so quickly that there was no time to get upset about the initial issue. Great product and great owner.
PLEASE read the update below.
I had high hopes for this fragrance, but the faulty atomizer has made it nearly unusable. Instead of producing a fine mist, the atomizer dispenses the fragrance in a stream. This results in an undesirable oil deposit on my skin that lingers for far too long. While the fragrance itself smells pleasant, it’s not appealing enough to justify walking around with globs of oil shimmering on my body.
I made a video demonstrating the poorly functioning atomizer, but I can't seem to upload it, so pictures will have to suffice. ** Note the pic of my arm is 3-4 sprays. I hoped the atomizer would work itself out, but it didn't. I gave it 2 stars because the presentation is quite nice; the purple liquid, purple cap, and black-and-gold label are impressive. This was my first experience with this company, and I doubt I will make another purchase, which is unfortunate since they have several intriguing fragrances.
**UPDATE** 11/18/24
I have been communicating with Kevin, the owner of Scentual Obsessions. His professionalism and willingness to resolve my unfortunate experience with a faulty atomizer have exceeded my expectations. Although this batch is currently sold out, he is going to order the necessary supplies to create another batch and send me a new bottle! He also confirmed the cap style that I wanted. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I am—I'm literally blown away! Well, maybe not literally, but you understand what I mean.
Hi, we do apologize for this as we have changed our atomizer to pressurized because they seem to be more reliable but in this circumstance, it could just be the oil concentration that builds up in the atomizer or it could just happen to be a faulty atomizer but nonetheless feel free to send me a text With your order number to 239-406-1550 Along with your name and I will get you another bottle back out for you.
It is always great service when I order. I get exactly as described and get it fast. After this sit as macerates for 30-60 days it will be fantastic. Had it when it was first released and loved it. Thank you.
It’s been over three years now since I purchased a 50 ml bottle of this nice fragrance said to be inspired by Bond No 9 Andy Warhol which I haven’t smelled yet but I’m assuming that must be a gorgeous plum dominant fragrance like this dupe. The juice macerated already and my bottle is still 98% full. I thought it’s the original formulation and now when I revisited it, the scent was simply glorious. There’s an oily residue on your skin after you spray which could be the only downside to many but to some it could be tolerable. Overall I’m happy to have this because the original is expensive but I’m hoping to put my nose on it one day.
This is an amazing fragrance, I highly recommend this one.
